The theme was ‘A melancholic and sad song evoking the end of summer.’
The illustration features a Budgerigar gazing at the sunset at the end of summer.
As the evening sky is filled with spreading cumulus clouds turning crimson, it’s as if summer is being painted over with autumn.
I tried creating the vanishing atmosphere of summer using Kalimba, violin, and strings.
