This is an illustration I made when I participated in a late-night 2-hour DTM session.
The theme was ‘a song made only with rhythm percussion instruments.’
The illustration shows cockatiels thrown into a mysterious space.
‘We came here because they asked for drum support, but it’s not finger drumming! 🥁’
It looks like the normal cockatiel came to play a gong instead of drums.
I used a drum kit to create a techno, mechanical vibe.
