Vanishing Footsteps 　　　　　　　　　　　　　~ Bass Drum Afternoon

This illustration was created for a 2-hour DTM challenge I took part in late at night.
The theme was “A piece featuring a bass drum.”
In the illustration, one cockatiel has come to investigate a loud noise, while the normal grey cockatiel is pretending nothing happened.
“Huh? I could have sworn I heard some enormous footsteps just now… What was that?? Oh well, I think I’ll have some potato chips! 💨”
The normal grey cockatiel right in front of her looks awfully suspicious, doesn’t he…? 👀
I aimed for a powerful, dramatic sound with the bass drum and a synth bass representing the mischievous cockatiel.
I hope you enjoy listening! 🐥🐾🐥
