This illustration was created for the 2-Hour DTM challenge.
The theme was “a song inspired by a cheerful, excited mood.”
The illustration features a cockatiel enjoying a tropical day at the beach.
“Well then… how about a refreshing mango juice? 💨 …Eek!! A little kid’s beach ball is flying this way!”
It turns out this “beach” was actually the beach area of a public swimming pool!
I gave the music a samba feel using acoustic guitar and trumpet.
