Contemporary Études: Added tone

A sequel to my voicing étude.
The concept this time was: to try something that feels like music theory!
The illustration shows a budgerigar diligently reading a harmony textbook.
Perhaps it’s a case of learning something new by revisiting the old.
This piece was written for piano alone, using Added Tone
(a technique that expands the sound of a chord by adding another note).
