October 14th is Railway Day.
The illustration shows a little budgie riding a mysterious train.
Maybe because trains carry so many lives,
they often appear as motifs in literature.
I composed this piece with piano and pan flute
to evoke the nostalgic atmosphere of a rural railway line.
