Theme: A piece featuring the koto
The illustration shows a pink parakeet pausing in the garden, captivated by the charming blossoms of the Shumeigiku (Japanese anemone).
Although its name contains “chrysanthemum,” it actually belongs to the anemone family.
It is a delicate yet resilient autumn flower.
I composed the piece with koto, adding ryuteki flute, bells, and synth pads to evoke the feeling of flowers announcing the season.
