The theme was “a piece that features the bassoon (fagotto).”
In the illustration, Little Chick sets out—guided by the wise sage’s words and carrying the holy sword Excalibur—to find the hidden whereabouts of her companions (the eggs 🥚).
Though she knows it is a trap, she heads toward the direction of the bassoon’s eerie call in order to save them.
The track layers bassoon, choir, and other elements to create a solemn, dark atmosphere.
