This is an illustration I created during a late-night 2-hour DTM session.
The theme was ‘Looking Back on This Year.’
The illustration features cockatiels gathered around a mandarin orange.
‘This year, I tried using a pen display tablet, but for the entire year, the cockatiel was drawing with the pen holder instead of the stylus pen… It was unbelievably hard to draw!’
The frustration is palpable, but I’m glad I realized it before the year ended☆
It seems that two of them are completely engrossed in the orange 🍊.
I paired the illustration with a relaxed tune featuring bansuri and piano♬
The normal cockatiel is busily packing oranges into a furoshiki,
the striped budgie is seriously building an orange tower,
and the little chick seems to be memorizing the multiplication table 🐣.
