The theme was a song inspired by "tentekomai", and the illustration depicts a budgerigar startled by incessant ringing phones. Unexpectedly, handling multiple calls demands various skills. It's tough with just one phone, let alone nine – it's an impossible game. If he call the cockatiels, they'll surely help dispose of the phones somewhere...
