This is an illustration from when I participated in the late-night 2-hour DTM session.
The theme was ‘Opening Song for a (Fictional) Radio Show.’
The illustration features Okame-san sneaking into a radio station and pretending to be a radio personality.
‘Now, let’s read some listener letters… Oh no! I can’t read any of them, they’re all scribbles! Oh dear, I only asked them to send postcards!’
It seems Okame-san had asked everyone at the Tori-kko Apartments to send in fake listener letters as stand-ins.
I tried to create a jazzy radio atmosphere using a synthesizer, saxophone, and drums.
