This is an illustration I made during a late-night 2-hour DTM session.
The theme was ‘Game Music: Mid-Boss Battle Theme.’
The illustration features a brave Cockatiel challenging the mid-boss with nothing but a toothpick!
‘Your opponent is the Cockatiel! Hakkyo-yo-yo! Hmm… this mid-boss seems a bit underwhelming!’
The mid-boss(?) is somehow suspended by what looks like strings!
I composed the battle theme using the Super Audio Boy sound source and a synth lead.
