Oasis Time

This illustration is when I participated in a 2-hour DTM session late at night.
The theme was ‘a song inspired by an oasis.’
The illustration is a budgie using a magical carpet he received as a thank-you from Mysterious Adventure and landing him in the desert oasis.
I tried to create the atmosphere of a nighttime oasis with an Irish flute, piano, and synth pads.

Even though the magical carpet came along, being alone in the nighttime desert is quite lonely…
The Budgie might take a little break and then head back home to spend a leisurely holiday with all the other birds 🐥
